The service provider is Pattaya City, which provides image streaming through the CCTV STREAMING Pattaya system to facilitate public awareness of situations, environmental conditions, and the state of various locations as designated by Pattaya City. The visual information published on this website is intended for general informational purposes only, and does not constitute factual certification or legally binding evidence.
Prohibited Actions
Users may access and view the visual information for general informational purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Using images or data from the system for commercial purposes or for any improper benefit.
Recording, copying, reproducing, modifying, editing, publishing, forwarding, or otherwise causing images from the system to be disclosed to the public, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from Pattaya City — and only in compliance with Pattaya City's regulations on the criteria for requesting access to or copies of images from the CCTV system of Pattaya City, B.E. 2568 (https://policy.pattaya.go.th/pdpacms/index.php?page=policy_list).
Using data or images from the system in any manner that may cause harm, infringe on personal rights, reputation, or privacy of others, or cause damage to government agencies, the private sector, or the general public.
Using data or images from the system in any manner that may cause misunderstanding, social confusion, or be used to support false information.
Using the system or data from the system in any manner contrary to the law, public order, or good morals.
Reservation of Rights
Pattaya City reserves the right to manage, improve, modify, suspend, delay, or terminate the service in whole or in part as deemed appropriate, and may do so without prior notice, particularly in cases involving system maintenance, system security, agency resource management, or compliance with laws, regulations, criteria, or official directives.
Limitation of Liability
Pattaya City does not warrant that the visual information from the system will be available continuously, completely, accurately, or up-to-date at all times. There may be cases of malfunction, delay, missing data, interruption, or temporary service unavailability due to technical limitations, system maintenance, power or communication network issues, or other force majeure events.
Users shall exercise due care and discretion when using data or images published on this website, and shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from such use. Pattaya City shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of data or images from the system, except as otherwise provided by law.
Enforcement Against Violations
If Pattaya City detects or has reasonable grounds to believe that any user has used data or images from the system for improper purposes, or has violated these terms of service, Pattaya City reserves the right to suspend access to the service, take appropriate measures, or pursue legal action against such user as the case may warrant.
